Asterpolaris is a founder-led AI solutions company. It was built from hands-on experience across AI, marketing, operations, hospitality, software, and the everyday business systems that companies actually run on. We are business-aware, technical, and focused on execution.
The founder
Juan Cabrera
Founder of Asterpolaris and an AI and digital-transformation leader based in Montréal. Juan turns complex operational problems into practical systems, tools, and workflows, working at the intersection of AI, operations, and business growth.
Over eight years inside a multi-venue hospitality group, he moved from marketing and operations into leading AI and digital transformation end to end. He designed and shipped Orchid, a multi-model AI agent (Anthropic Claude and OpenAI) that runs sales, reservation, and event reporting across every venue, turning work that once took days into a complete picture delivered in minutes. He has also built the leadership dashboards and call-centre tooling the group runs on, shipped a customer-loyalty iOS app end to end, and integrated the core hospitality stack, including SevenRooms, point-of-sale, and ticketing, in live production.
His edge is simple: understand the operational reality first and the technology second, so what he builds actually gets used. Trilingual in English, French, and Spanish, he brings a multicultural lens, and the resilience and momentum of a founder and father who ships.

Most companies do not need more AI talk.
They need someone who understands the business, understands the technology, and will actually build the thing. We have lived on both sides: running operations and shipping software. That is the gap Asterpolaris was built to close.
We care about what a system does on a normal Tuesday, when the demo is over and the work still has to get done. That bias toward the real, useful, and durable shows up across the AI solutions we build and in our representative project work.
