Do you only advise, or do you actually build and deploy?
We build and ship. Strategy is where we start, but working software running in your operations is what we deliver. Consulting exists to make the build sharper, not to replace it.
What kinds of systems do you build?
AI systems and automations, custom copilots, knowledge search and RAG, reporting dashboards, agent workflows with human approval, and the internal tools and custom software around them, including iOS apps where the product calls for it.
We are not sure AI is even the right answer. Can you help?
Yes. Most companies have an operations problem before they have an AI problem. We diagnose the workflow first and only recommend AI, automation, or software where it genuinely earns its place.
